Online strength and conditioning - In my strength and conditioning class series, you don't need any weights or other equipment. We work to use your own body weight as resistance, creating a workout that you're able to do anywhere. As you grow in your strength and conditioning, you'll be able to push yourself further and longer in your workouts, and it's also likely that you'll notice that you have more energy throughout the day. In this live class, I'll work with you to correct your form in the moment, helping you to work out safely and effectively.

Online handstand classes - If you've always wanted to learn how to do handstands and other hand balance moves, online handstand classes are the perfect way to get started. I offer several different levels of online handstand classes, and can meet you wherever you're at with your current skill level.
