Handstand
PRE-REQUISITE: Able to kick up to handstand at wall and 20 seconds Handstand hold at wall.
In this class, we explore different entries, shapes, and transitions. Developing more confidence, strength, and body awareness to be upside down.
Hybrid Class:
Handstand Prep Work
Handstand Prep Work class has been designed to prepare and strengthen the body for complete new beginners to the most seasoned practitioners for the upside down world.
What can you expect out of this class:

Strength and conditioning drills specifically for hand balancing.

Mobility and flexibility drills to ensure we optimise our range of motion in our body to safely execute various inverted shapes.

Hybrid Class:
Mobility and Flexibility
Becoming mobile and flexible is not just to contort ourselves into a pretzel for a cool party trick or getting a nice shot for the gram; it is the key to injury prevention.
In this class, we will work with mobility drills to optimise the range in the joints and loosen up tight muscles through myofascial release techniques, as well as different stretching methods.
Introduction to Hand Balancing
(Studio Only)
This is an introductory class to anyone that is keen to dabble into the upside down world.

In this class, you will be exploring preparation drills for the body, exploring different inversions and hand balance poses to gradually prepare the body for handstand.
Semi-Private Handstand
(Studio Only)
This semi private handstand session is strictly capped at 8 participants to ensure everyone get a customised experience.
Develop the confidence, strength, and body awareness to go upside down in this 90 minutes session. Eric will guide you not just physically, but helping to identify and break down any mental barriers stopping you from seeing the world downside up.
Private Sessions
Available in studio and virtually.
Private coaching is ideal if you have specific fitness goal to work towards. It is also a great way to introduce something new to your body.
